What materials are used to build these boards?
Our cornhole boards are built from an advanced, high-performance aluminum composite material, the same kind used on the exteriors of skyscrapers. This material is engineered to resist warping, cracking, splintering, or rotting—even after years of exposure to harsh weather.
Are the boards weatherproof?
Yes. The boards are designed to handle the elements. They are tested for durability under sun, rain, snow, etc. The finish is fade-resistant with UV protection to keep the colors vivid over time.
What about play quality? Do these boards affect how the game plays (bag slide, hole shot consistency, etc.)?
We engineered a smooth, rigid surface to ensure consistent play. These bags have regulation slide, bags slide evenly and shots feel predictable, game after game. The premium surface aims to mimic, or improve upon, what you get in high-level tournament boards.
How heavy are the boards? Are they easy to move / transport?
Each board weighs approx 20 lbs, making them fairly light for their type while maintaining strength. Unlike heavy wood boards, moving them around is easy.
How do I care for / maintain the boards?
Very low maintenance:
- Wipe clean after use (e.g. mud, moisture, dust).
- No need for sanding, sealing or repainting.
- Store in a dry place when not in use to prolong life (though they’re designed to handle moisture).
Do you offer customization (logos / graphics)?
Yes. You can add custom vinyl logos in 1, 2, or 3 locations for an additional cost. Upload your artwork files when ordering.
What colors / finishes are available?
We are always adding new colors. Because our boards are upcycled from leftover material from building construction, we are always developing new colors and styles.
What’s included in the set?
This set is a full cornhole board set: two boards, ready to play.
What is the warranty / guarantee?
We offer a lifetime warranty excluding damage due to misuse. see our warranty page for more information Warranty.
What is “all-weather” (i.e. what conditions can it handle)?
- Exposure to sun / UV
- Rain / moisture / humidity
- Snow / cold temperatures
- Heat
It is engineered so that the structural integrity and play surface stay consistent under these conditions. Warping, rotting, or cracking are not expected.
Shipping & delivery details?
- How long does delivery take (domestic / international)? All boards are shipped via UPS ground and ship from Connecticut. Delivery depends on your geographical location.
- What shipping options are offered? We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day and UPS 2nd Day
- What about damage in transit—what to do if a board arrives damaged? If the boards arrive damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage and we will e-mail a return label and send a replacement.
Returns / Exchanges
- What is the return window? 30 days
- What's the condition required for a return? Must be unused, unmarked, original packaging and show no signs of use.
- Who pays for shipping on returns or exchanges? We charge a 100.00 re-stocking be on any exchanges.
