Refund policy

If you decide the product isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Holiday & promotional items do not apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To ensure a successful return, please ensure tags and packaging are still intact and that the items are unworn, unscratched and undamaged. Items that are, marked, dirty, stained or have obviously been used will not be accepted.

Refund

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the completion of the return process. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be refunded.

We’re committed to creating a better shipping experience from top to bottom. The return fee helps us offer fast and reduced shipping, reduces waste from “trial” customers and allows us to responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items. It’s always our goal to operation efficiently and pass those savings on to you.

Warranty

All 4Ever Outdoor Products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product fails we will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or dings caused by accident, improper care, maintenance, negligence or the natural break-down of colors and materials over extended time and use.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
